1. Find what you are looking for
STIKKLING’s community of plant sellers offer a unique supply of plants and cuttings. The platform is designed to help you find your wishlist plants and beyond. You can browse between plant genus, search for a particular plant or enjoy the curated theme lists such as ”Newly unfurled”, ”Green queens” and more.
2. Make an order
Once you’ve found the plant you’re looking for you can make your purchase, yay! We recommend that you first check the sellers return and exchange policy, which you’ll find on the listing or the sellers profile. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the plant or purchase reach out to the seller and they will happily answer your questions. You can contact a seller through the chat from either the listing or the sellers profile.

3. Pay for the item
When you proceed to check-out you’ll be asked to fill in your shipping and payment information. The shipping information is used to book the shipping and is not shared with other users but the seller, who makes the shipment booking.
The payment info is used to process the payment. Your payment is securely processed by Stripe. STIKKLING does not store your credit/debit card information.

4. Get your plant delivered
Get your plant delivered
Once you’ve made a purchase the seller is notified and will make a booking of the shipment as soon as possible. Once a booking is made you’ll be notified by e-mail and in the stikkling chat. If it’s a regional shipment booked with DHL express, the e-mail will have a tracking link so you can track your item and be ready for the planty delivery. With DHL
pick-up however must be arranged between the seller and the buyer themselves.
